I thought I'd never be able to start a thread like this, but indeed I just received an email from Kodak that my photo "Sands of Time" will be up in lights on July 21! Now I know the excitement so many others here have experienced.

I wondering If all the images come from DPC-- maybe Kodak should merge with DPC for the DPC image of the day in Times Square!

That is an awesome shot! So many Kodak wins for our site today :)

I managed to get a screenshot from a webcam and thought I'd share. Yay! If you squint real hard, turn your head to the right, and stand on one foot you can almost see it. :-)
