As GE implied, cigarette butts and A/C panels are called filters too, but that doesn't make them illegal Photoshop edits. To use your logic, if they wanted it to be a filter, they would have put it under the Filter menu. :-/ |

Because we get to make the rules? Because the rules are based on logical interpretations of what something does than naming conventions? Maybe I'm just in the mood to be arbitrary ... |
