I have just glanced at this... and i dont know about the fine print or what not.... but i am going to look into this tonight.... sooo let me know what you think....or if you have seen this before.....

It does not ask for credit card?? how would they scam me with out that??

Picture.com is a SCAm....they are going to send you a "First Prize Certificate" saying you won then charge you $$$$$ for the "book" your "winning" entry is published in...Everyone "wins" first prize and is published. SCAM, stay away unless you want to lose money...

IN the PRIVACY POLICY it sound like they sell your pictures to other people if im reading it wright....??

Craig Foster will be your best friend.

What this site does is send you mail saying that your picture is great and won an award. They will then repeatedly send email/snailmail inviting you to showcase your award-winning photograph at a conference. There's a fee involved, of course, and they will try to sell you the medals, book (it will get published), plaque, etc.

Perhaps somebody does win the money, but I'm guessing that there's plenty of suckers that have that expensive book sitting on their table, ready to show it off to their friends to brag that they've "been published". Give me a virtual ribbon on DPC any day over a pay-to-win scam.
