Hi,
Just hacked to gether a new layout for our website over the last few days.
It's pretty simple, and I figured I'd get some feedback from everyone.
Thanks in advance.

How objective do you want it? I'd hate to upset you with tactless hard nosed critique!

as long as you're thinking like a potential customer, I don't know how I could complain.

You are probably not going to get any business for shooting flowers. Because of that I only see that part of the website as filler. If you could replace that with something else you offer, or something you want people to know about you, or anything like that I think it would be better. The little shot on the index for the weddings is great, love it. The portraits one is ok, you might consider changing it (the uncropped version is quite nice however).
Overall the website is very rectangular and looks kind of amaturish, the links to sections are quite large and in my normal viewing setup I have to slightly scroll down some to see it all. I think that the top layout is too simple. Only two links there, and I feel like you probably have more information to give than two pages worth. I think the colors are fine. The contact section looks fine to me however i'm amazed you haven't put an e-mail on there. The pricing page looks like it could have some more bolded sections to really seperate them from others. And if not bolding, bullets or something to that nature.
Now that I've said that note that I'm not saying that I could have done it much better, but please consider my honest oppinion.

I've seen sites that use Simpleviewer before. I am always confused by the lack of a link to take me back to the home page.

Thanks guys, it's pretty rare in the middle, I know. Just looking for some input as I go along. I'm adding more sections and information, namely architecture and events, and possibly a stock gallery. I'll think about downsizing the links.
Of course it's amatuer! I'm no web designer. It's a sight beter than some of the other photographers around here, and a whole lot worse than some others. Maybe if I ever make any money, I'll be able to pay someone to make a nice slick one for us.
Slip- Yeah, I've heard that mentioned. I'll work on it. Especially since you have a ribbon :P

I'm probably repeating a few comments here but here goes:
Simpleviewer is always a winner. I use it on my site.
Why not pay for it so you don't have to display their logo though? (Anything you can click on which takes a viewer away from your site is not good)
A link back to the home page would be good.
There are too many colours on the home page. Good web design is about themes and simplicity. For this reason, I'm not sure about using two completely unrelated fonts. Your title is black on dark green which is on a darker blue/green background. Not good. The combination of inappropriate fonts, badly laid out unrelated colours and lack of traditional navigation scream amateur. 'Contact' should be nearer the bottom of the page, which is where it's normally found. As someone mentioned, everything is too blocky and rectangular.
Hope this helps!
