Bummer timing but at least he's had a few weeks off to relax - did you do something for his birthday over the last few days instead (given that he presumably knew about the new job a few days in advance at least) or are you doing something tonight/ this week/ this weekend?

Happy Birthday Manic! I got you a gift but it got lost in the mail, probably cuz I have no clue what your address is. I mean I wrote:

OK, I got pictures!!!
Here he is blowing out the candles (due to fire safety, I decided to only use 2 candles instead of one for each year)
He let out a loud scream when he looked at the balloon and realized how old he actually was. How could he not see it coming??? Old age that is.
