I'm thinking of a photographer who has entered over 350 challenges and lives in California. Who is he?

If you know the answer, post it and leave a clues of your own directing us to the next photographer. Don't make the clues too obscure... lets keep this fun.

OK - here's a new one. I'm thinking of a photographer who has 6 ribbons - one of which was for an image named "Fantasia". He's also a Texan.
