Let it be known that I had absolutely nothing to do with this image. Funny as hell though. I especially like the comments.

Hahaha! One naturally assumed...
For those who asked in comments how the green/desat was accomplished, it's easy to do: open a hue/saturation adjustment layer and desaturate every channel but green.
