| There are currently 1118 images up for voting. Has there EVER been this number for us to work on at once?? It's mindboggling... in a good way, of course :) |

| Before the open challenges were split into 2 per week, we would regularly get 600+ on those each week. I agree though, that there are LOTS to vote on this week. I'm taking it in chunks - couple hundred..... take a break... couple hundred..... etc. |

| Oh yes, a good example was the last two weeks of this last january where the "best of 2005" alone had 800+ images so that was probably more than there are now. |

| with the massive spurt of entries lately, have you changed your voting patterns? What about the votes you have been getting? Are they any different than those in the past? |

Well, I'm not getting through everything 100% lately, but that's partly the nice weather letting me get outside too, I think.
My votes seem lower, but that's probably just my crappy shots! |

You're right, during part of that voting time there were over 1600 images total. That's the only HUGE one I can see, but then again, I didn't go thru' alllllll of 'em. |
