How much does it cost (Building a website, and annual costs) to run a website? For a small website (about 30MB), and the one as big as DPC?

Hi Krishan,
Making & putting online is not big thing.Now days many websites gives u free space where u can upload ur websites.Making & uploading is not big issue u can say it will cost u 5K for this at the most.I cant say about DPC like website look designing & Uploading is not big issue but maintaing such a big website is a very difficult thing,becos when hits increases lots of Hackers also comes so u have to look at security angle.
Secondly u need money to popularise ur website. |

Agreed - from Free to tens of thousands. It all depends on what you are doing.
You can make a fancy site for free though fairly easily using a CMS and some gallery software like Joomla and Gallery2.
In that case the main costs are going to be storage space and bandwidth, |
