So this is my Desolation II entry:
It didn't do too bad. At least for me it is alright. A good notch above my average. It got a few low votes, but a few high ones too. Several good comments. Even a fav :-) A nice even bell curve.
The voters are cool, they placed it where it deserved. The commenters are great and gave good, and appreciated opinions. No dq, no validation request, but I'm sure if it did, it would be handled and validated fairly and swiftly.
The top shots are great, and well deserving of their placement.
There are not too many flower shots, kid shots, water drop shots or any other type of shot. I like looking at all good photos, and can learn from any of them. A good shot is a good shot, period. Some folks like certain subjects, and do them well, and some of the shots I see, it may be the first time that the photographer approached that subject.
Site council and admins are doing a great job. A hard job, and very apppreciated, thanks!
The site is working fine for me, no glitches that I'm aware of. And my computer seems to be running fine.
My camera hasn't been stolen, and it is not broken. No hardware or software problems. I didn't lose any files. I don't have any processing dilemmas.
I've had some good productive shoots lately. Some nice shots, I'm not in a rut.
Nothing bad has happened to me today. Nor to any of my friends or family, that I know of. The weather has even been ok!
Well, I probably have a lot more to not complain about, but I've had your attention long enough, thank-you. Actually, you all will probably find this totally boring and it will drop off the front page quicker than an mk smitten (locked) flame war thread!
God loves me. Life is cool.
