not too bad, I guess. Besides the comment is positive, so hopefully my score will go up.

Well we will all be in the top 100...when is the last time a challenge has had less than 100? I'm not ready to look at my score yet...wait a day or so.

What happened? I was actually pretty happy with this and it's just above my worst ever. At least I'll be in the top 100...

Your call. Or so I was told by the SC when I asked the same question.

Just looked through all the entires. Seems to me there are several that are outside the basic editing rules - selective desat, selective dodging and burning, etc.

I spotted a couple of those too. Remember to vote as if they are legal and request validation via SC.

Oh Cindi, I love it when you get all "follow the rules" on me!

I've never requested a validation before. Always seemed liked something the SC should be looking at, but I guess they have lives too.

It just surprised me, made me go check that it was indeed Basic editing.

BTW - I'm at 6.xxx too. But I bet your xxx is higher than my xxx.

Yay, dancin with David too. :)

Oh and that SC have lives is actually an urban legend. Langdon surgically implants computers in their brains so they are forced to watch sensless ravings like mine 24/7. :P

I'm just waiting for mine to be asked to be validated - depending on the color tone, it's not always selective desat. I was able to do mine with full image adjustment layer of hue/saturation, taking out everying except what I needed :)

That sounds cool. Maybe after the challenge you can share how you did it. For the Still Life challenge I went to the other extreme. I painted everything but the subject black white and gray, leaving just the one red rose in color. That was a lot of work for mid 5 score!

Let me be the first to say, "Thank you" for not entering!
