Portfolio stuff, plus Gold and Platinum Members

I have some idea to change Portfolio management and I had an Idea how to pay for it.

Since we've now had the tiered payment structure introduce with the space, how about a tiered structure for portfolio enhancements also?

Here's some my initial ideas, and please post yours.

Add - Post Selected picture/s button

Add - Hold selected picture/s button

After Post, select forum to post in, poof, there be images.

After Hold, go to another portfolio directory, select more images to be held.

Add - Post all held images button

Add - Move all held images to new/other directory
- dir name to add
- dir to choose

Add - selected image option - add info to selected.
- allows to add info or tags to all selected photos

Also, set up Slideshows with pause, commenting, and favs available.

Summary of file sizes for folders, within a folder, and all port pictures.

Anyone have some more?

Oh, and add something akin to Gold/Platinum membership, or whatever term you like for the different levels of service provided.

I think I understand the first few (for posting a number of thumbnails in the forums?) but I'm completely lost in that part in between there and slideshow.

Why all the "hold/held" stuff? Can't you just put them in a private/hidden folder temporarily. Use the 'Select All' to move them where you want after your "hold" is over.

Oh, I was trying to say, you could select and then hold some pictures, then go to another section of your portfolio or someone elses, and the select some more, and then you can go post all of those held items into a thread.

Just an idea. It's just a pain in the buttocks to post weveral pictures from your portfolio is all. Forum code is cool, but the whole thing gets a little cumbersome when you're posting more than 2 or 3 pictures at a time.

I like nachos too. Maybe we can put automatic Pizza delivery on a sidebar so you don't even have to bother going to Pizzahut.com too. :P

So basically something to function like a clipboard where you could copy the link info to it and then have them all ready to insert into a thread...I could dig that.
