Hi Katie and welcome aboard!
Looks like you're off to a good start!
I suggest giving Jodie Coston's excellent online class a perusal. The first lesson is composition and how things look good.
Compositionally I like the day lily photo, it has nice line (the curve of how the flowers are arranged) drawing the eye through the photo.
One of the best ways to learn is to critique other photos - it really opens your eye to how things work when you point your critical eye at someone else's photos.

Thanks! That link is really helpful, cant wait to implement the lessons into my photos.
How is your Canon Powershot treating you? Mine is pretty nice, but from the looks of your photos, there is way more I can do with it :)
