I set my camera for 30 seconds on a tripod with a light on me, I kept moving around hoping to get a photo of me in 2-3 different positions. Can someone tell me how this is done?

Thanks

Dark room, camera at 30 seconds, in position 1, have someone turn a light on you or burst a strobe/flash, move to position 2 and repeat, same in position 3. Background very non-reflective and/or far away so the light isn't picked up from the background.

I guess the first example is a long exposure too. Anyway what brad said!

Or you can do it in photoshop

Some of his other challenge images also use a similar method of exposure.
