Inside of a member's portfolio (or within a folder within the portfolio) how about placing Previous and Next buttons on the images?
So you click on one image... then to see the next image, instead of Back | determine where you left off | double click the next image - you just click Next (or previous to go back).
It would make browsing other photographer's portfolio's a breeze.

Yep..I agree...it is a pain to have to continuously return to the portfolio to see another image. Maybe a slideshow option would work.

This is especially a good idea now, since we can purchase more portfolio space.
