I have been posting a lot of pics lately of my new pets...trying some new photography with them. They aren't always easy to photograph because they don't like to stay still. I also have some focus issues because most of them aren't very big yet and my macro likes to give me crap sometimes. So this is all practice for me. Would love to hear some feedback on some of these photos. Specifically, how can I reduce some of the noise in the background without affecting my subject? I am using Noise Ninja, but it seems like it isn't helping as much as it does on subjects that I don't have to macro. Seems like some of them end up looking over-sharpened and others have very "gritty" backgrounds.
I am willing to do 1-4-1 on any comments received although please give me some time to get back to everyone as I usually try to do it while at work between phone calls.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks to everyone who left me comments so far. I believe I have responded in kind but if I missed any please let me know. If anyone else cares to take a shot at these photos (or any others in my portfolio for that matter) I am still up for a 1-4-1 today!
