Well, this started life as a snapshot of the little one when my wife and I went to visit our niece in her new home. However, once I started to play with it in PS I realised that maybe I could make a bit more of it.
So here are the original and processed photos. The processed photos have been printed A4 and I will be giving a copy to the parents and proud grandparents of the little devil this afternoon. I just hope they like it.

very nice pp. Good job. I am sure they will be very happy with it.

Have you already printed?
Reason i am asking is because there seems to be bit blurring on his hair on right side, i guess when tried to remove the bg.
If possible try to give skin tone bit warmer tone
P.S did not see " have been printed"

You are right and there are a couple of artefacts in the shot that, fortunately, blurred out in the print. The little one's hair is a problem in real life and I left a little of the mess in so the parents could relate to it. Sigh - maybe I should have removed it! :-)

| Amazing before and after. This would be a great subject for a DPC tutorial! You took a so-so shot with a lot of problems, and transformed it into a very nice portrait. I am very new here and just beginning to fiddle with digital photo processing. I would love to read a step-by-step on how you did this. I know I would learn a lot. |
