Sigma 18-125mm f/3.5-5.6 DC for Canon

I'd like the help of a member in London sometime between 29th June & 2nd July please.

My daughter Rose has just completed her degree in design at the Hope University in Liverpool. Some of her work is being shown at the New Designers Show in London on those dates (Stand CA30).

It is highly unlikely that myself Rose or any of our family will make the exhibition as on June 12th she will be undergoing Brain surgery to remove part of a tumour that has now become active.

3 years ago, almost to the day Rose was admitted to hospital and the tumour was found (dormant and calcified). A descision was made to leave the tumour and try to treat the eplilepsy that the tumour caused. After 3 years of very hard work at University Rose overcame short term memory loss, failing comprehension skills and constant 'blank' moments to gain a 2:1 in design (Jewellery).

The day after completing her degree she was rushed to hospital after a grand mal (major epileptic attack)and tests showed her Brain tumour was both active and swollen.

Rose has worked hard for 3 years but will most likely miss her crowning moment and seeing her work in London (this time).

Sorry to have gone on there, the reason for the thread is to ask a photographer to take the time to visit the exhibition, locate her work and photograph it for her.

I'm pretty sure (considering the circumstances) a photographer will be allowed in to do this (I may even be able to get hold of a press pass). Rather than a paid job how about entry and a lunch with travelling expenses?

Just to complicate things I will probably be offline from tomorrow.

I know its late in the UK but if anyone can help please pm me tonight/tomorrow morning or Talj after that.

Topping, I don't think I can help on this one Andi but perhaps some of the many other London-base DPCers may be able to?

I know that Jon's already replied, but I'd like to offer my services, just in case it doesn't come together. Having said that, if you've seen my challenge entries, you'd only call on me as a last resort :)

Jon, Alan, thanks to both of you for your offer of help. Have pm'd both of you (sorry the links don't work so its cut-n-paste).

It would be great if either/both of you could pop along and help us out.

And, for anybody else in London on those dates it really is an exhibition you should go to.
