Well. I am taking this serious now. At least insofar as I am starting to make an investment for my future. I bought two new lens and a Manfrotto Tripod. The following are the two lenses I got. Basically they rounded out where I was lacking and they are very nice and will last forever.
Nikon AF-S VR 70-200mm f/2.8 G IF-ED
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX-DC HSM
I wanted to thank Pedro specifically and everyone else who helped me along over the past couple of weeks making the correct decision. And it was the correct decision. Will of course post examples shortly. Or at least in upcoming challenges. You will know which ones they are because they will be awesome. Ahem, sorry. Thanks again guys.

You'll love the 70-200. awesome lens (any lens like too) and with VR - wow.
the 10-20..i have not heard much about that one. seems most of the new lenses in this range are all good.
