I would very much like to get your feedback on this shot. Wondering if it appeals to the masses, or if it's appeal is just in my dreams. I am pretty thick-skinned, so feel free to leave any criticisms that you think are appropriate.

I like the softness and composition of this shot, however the border doesnt seem to work wonders for me.
Another thing that grabbed my eye (not at first glance) is the sudden drop on the left of the green horizon.
Apart from that, very tranquil and peaceful. A perfect setting for something like this would be in a doctors waiting room or something similar. It seems to take the mind away... |

In general people will think it OK but not exceptionally memorable. It will eventually be lost in the fog of 1,000 other similar pictures they have seen. It would make a decent supporting cast to a showing of similar work. It is one they would say is nice as they walk past it on their way to see the show stopper.
On the technical side the sky needs a little better lighting balance between the right and left sides. That acts as a slight distraction to the viewer. The blue-green in the sky on the far right looks a little unnatural.

Thanks to all those that left comments either in this thread or on the shot, I appreciate the feedback.
In summary the pros are:
- Good feeling of peace and tranquility
- Good softness and composition
Cons are:
- No memorable WOW factor
- Distracting grass horizion on far left
- Unappealing border
