people people people. This is very easy.
Subject + Empty Room
= Solid Entry
I know this tough to wrap your minds around. But lets have fun and I guarantee you, when you see an entry, you will know immediately if it is great photo, DNMC, etc. I say, err on the side of EMPTY and SINGLE and we will all survive. I promise.

I disagree, the room contains both the coin and the charged atmosphere or anticipation over whether the llamas are going make it...

Sink ok, stalls ok, toilets ok, garbage cans not ok....IMO...however, I will vote mainly on the merits of the shot.

I tell you what Owen...this is a very good idea! You should have set something up...you may have ribboned! However, I know we will now see many of these type shots!

ok - I get to work and it's nuts here! I did ask one of my co workers if they would be willing to modelt for me sometime in the next day or so for my empty room entry. Amazingly they said yes!! Even after I explained what they had to do. Now I know this person is a glutton for punishment. lol

OK, more questions because I just enjoy bludgeoning this challenge to death....
Does a bouquet of balloons count as one "thing"?
Since you get to take one thing, your camera, and yourself into the room, can you shoot both you and the one thing?

Would like to know the answer to that as well... Read the description again and it sounds like just the 1 thing but I'm wondering if it can be the 1 thing plus you... :)

Stop the presses! I finally have an idea. Gonna shoot it tonight. We'll see how it turns out. I'm predicting a 5.3...in other words, a Top 10 for this challenge.

Right now I'm sitting in this completely empty house, thinking which of the 6 rooms I'll choose for my shot and what to put in it.
Uhhh did I make anybody jealous? LOL sorry.
Is it considered empty if there are still curtains hanging?

I do have a room in mind. Problem is what to put in it? I thought of putting Doc in it with his gansta jewelry and all, but I think the airline costs of shipping him might be prohibitive.

WOW, but he probably has been spoken for by the others already LOL
I must say 6 empty rooms sounded like an easy job, but it's not, because every room has something special and it's very hard to choose wich one to pick. Oh well, I'm not complaining, at least I have a choice, but I'll probably will choose the wrong one as usual and get hammered.
added: and besides that I'm working on a lousy computer here (still has Windows 98), so I have to wait till I'm home again. Not that it would help anyway ha ha.
