You can do that as long as the seller agrees to it, and someone's got to cover the postal costs. However, beware of frauds.

I think it'll work. Just contact the seller first and make sure they are ok with the agreement.

Always have your shipments tracked. If someone pays through Paypal and says you never delivered something, if you don't have a confirmation number they will refund the buyer and leave you without the product or the money. I had that happen and got totally ripped off by Paypal.

Join the ebay community topics, discussions some live, groups on the same interest as you. Good descriptions, if its new, or if its old, broke, cracked, color faded, spots, stains, all very imporntant as some people look to the little thread hanging from a t shirt as a problem, or a scratch even in the bottom of a nick nak..
Ebay has tons of recourses and they are very good to be familiarized with them all as far as tools, location of where sellers, buyers, searches, ect...
Also dont let it overwhelm you if you can not find something you are looking for, there seems to be tons of new things added all the time..
They even have reviews on products that are very helpful in deciding on a price to sell items at. I like to be competitive with prices.. A lot of my collectibles are very high in price, but that is because of the value from the price guides are high.

If you want to make money at it then you defanately want to set bid near the price you are looking for not 99 cents as sometimes only one or two will only bid.
Be creative in descriptions also you dont have to be write jokes and poems all the time but a little different then just the plain what is will draw attention to other items you may have.
Good luck with it and hope this will help.
peace.
