Just my two cents to have a forum search where exact phrases can be searched for. I use forums extensively and would love an easier way to find the exact information that I want to find from the many talented photogs on DPC.

exact phrases AND boolean searches would be great!

You can go to www.google.com, click on Advanced, and enter dpchallenge.com as the site to search. It works much better than the DPC search, and you can do boolean.

and a typo checker ; )

Edit: An ignore signatures option would be helpful too.

There is an ignore signatures option already available. Go to your preference page.

Sorry, I meant an option to make the search ignore signatures. In fact I think it should ignore them by default as they just add spurious results.

I agree. I've seen this too.

This is the biggest reason Google is not a viable answer. :(

Adding the titles to the search (and even giving them priority) would be a welcome change as well.
