so they opened up a whole bunch of buildings normally not open to the public in downtown toronto today... here's a few of what I got... haven't titled any yet. i didn't get any i wanted to use for architecture, but this will help you kill time until your voting starts...

I didn't know it was going on. On a seperate note tho the DVP is closed and should be good for a walk.

TTC wildcat strike today. Ah, unions! I got a few crowd shots this morning.

I'm actually in support of them striking. A friend of mine has been attacked several times driving street car and bus but he's a big boy and layed a beatin' on those punks.

i would've sent a note to t.o. peeps ahead of time for a shoot if I had known about doors open earlier.

i'd like to see those strike shots.

From about 8:15am today.

Getting off the GO train. Two trains emptied onto the same platform. I took forever to shuffle down the stairs.


Of course City TV was set up outside Union Station, for strike coverage, I addume.


Some other esoteric reporter was interviewing this "woman-on-the-street". I assume inconvenienced by the strike.


Is there a website with Doors Open details? Are the doors closed again already?

strike(slip) -- sent you a comment -- you should send off the union station shot to star/community newspaper, i'm sure they could use it. i don't think many others would have braved that kind of shot in rush.

I'll see it I can find a link to send it to them, though I don't have much patience hunting through websites for that kind of thing. I suppose they'd prefer the original rather than the resized.

oh -- forgot to mention -- i was at the U of T campus and none other than Zanta showed up. He posed with some people -- who i believe were tourists -- it was a bit far away but i snapped a couple of shots. i'll post one up later.
