HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm thinking about spending sone hard earned cash on some lights but have no idea where to start. I would like to keep the price down but get something worth having-sooo any help would be much appreicated

something for inside always shoot outdoors need to practice stills and headshots

there is kit a bowens kit with two 500 heads umbrellas and all other stuff, is 1200 $ but they are warrrior, ideal for portraits and stilllife shot,
and of course i suggest to get and extra soft box

Alien Bees, Alien Bees, Alien Bees :) AlienBees.com Unless you have a HUGE space, stay with the 400s as the 800s are very powerful! Affordable starter kits, reliable lights. I've used my 2 400s and one 800 constantly for about 3 years.
