Hi All,

Does anyone use PhotoReflect for an online store or for proofs? I have recently set up my account; however, I am having a probelm setting up my packages so that customers can order from the site without problems. I have the site up and running, I have added the options for pictures. When I go to Digital Darkroom setup, they are all there. On the web catalogs; however, it says that the package is "default" with no options.

No support there or anyway to ask people questions. Sat on hold for about 30 minutes... before it disconnected me without talking to anyone. Is there any other sites like this that are more user friendly? I really like the setup if I can just get purchasing options in there!

I used them for about 18 months... lets see if I can remember all of the set up stuff (it was a bit of a pain right at first). Before you can order, you'll have to select a printer and an account with that printer. I used All American Photo and Heather there is a genius for helping with the setup and any issues. Once you have set your print company, you should be able to get your package decisions to stick. After that, remember each time you recieve an order to go to the orders page of Digi Darkroom and click SEND TO PRINTER.... else it doesn't go anywhere but to you!

Do I have to use their printer? I was under the impression that I could use my own? I thought I read something on that.

No, you don't have to use one of their printers, you can have the orders sent to you and then you fulfill them yourself or with your own printer. I do like using their printers though so all I have to do is sit back and wait for the checks.

Which of their printers do you use? I need to find a reliable one with reasonable prices because I have a big shoot on Friday.

Thanks !!! :)

And then to set that up, what do I do next ?

Look at my first post. I used All Amerian Photo out of Texas. They are great for price and fast with service. Call their 800# and Heather will talk you through your first few orders. She's a doll.
