I made mine focus close by loosening the mount ring and tightening it back with it not pushed all the way back. How did you do it?


Yep, just unscrewing the lens from the adapter ring a bit (about a turn is all it takes) enables focusing pretty much right up to the front element. Kinda like an infinitely adjustable extension tube :-)

If anyone here has a nikon 10.5 and a nikon cam, can you try it out?

Also, if i try to stop it down with a film camera, would it work? I wouldnt mind spending about another hundred bucks to be able to use this lens.....
