I just ordered the Tamron 28-75 2.8 for my D70.
Yay! New toys!

I got one about 8 months ago and it's great value for money! Though since I got my wife into photography I had to buy another one because she kept pinching it! ;)

Rephrase, I ordered the lens. Now they want me to wire funds to the bank. I'm like...ummm no.
So there may be a slight delay here. :) |

that doesn't sound very good. I buy most of my equipment from B&H to avoid such things. I wouldn't wire money to any bank. I buy only on credit cards. |

It was on a credit card. And it's Adorama, so not like it's a fly by night outfit.
Even if it was B&H, I wouldn't wire it. Nope, noway, no how. |

| Hmm thats something not expected. I wouldn't wire either. Ask them to clarify why you need to wire the money and why not the credit card |

Possibly your CC was declined? So this is their suggestion as an alternate form of payment?

Apparently it's on hold. The joy of credit cards! Yay!

You know there are days...:) Keep your fingers crossed gang. Apparently I'm on hold because of an incident last year where charges on the card were disputed. The cc company disputed a camera that I legitimatley bought.
