My husband who isn't real technologically advanced-- wants a sony cybershot-- I am not sure that is what would be best for him-- my Nikon d50 -- irritates him and he wants something simple -- point and shoot and is not interested in lenses or any of that-- he will be using it to take outdoor pics ( he works for the railroad) and for trips he takes to NFL games-- maybe a few action shots mostly -- just fun pics of him and the guys and maybe a few sightseeing ones -- if anyone can tell me what they thing he might need or if the sony cybershot 7.2 megapixels - is a good idea for him--- oh and he might be wanting a docking staion for his camera too.

 thanks for any input |

My first digital camera was a Sony Cybershot, almost 4 years ago. I still that camera today and I use it often. And mine's only a 4.0 megapixel! LoL I actually won my only ribbon here on DPC with that camera!

For Christmas, we bought my dad this Sony Cybershot, and I love it! It's compact, and it takes awesome shots!

I would highly reccomend this camera for him! :)
