Gonna tell it anyway :P

The day I took my pic for "rhythm" a man with a pug stopped at the picnic table above the fishing dock. When I went up to meet the dog he came racing over to me, snuffling madly as only pugs can do. I sat down and had a visit with both pug, "Oscar" and owner, who was carrying a Nikon something-or-other. Eventually they went their way and I went mine.
Tuesday my daughter and I were at the beach when a man came along with a pug who came over for a visit. When I started scratching his chest (the pug's, not the man's) it got the back foot just a -goin' and that twigged a memory. I glanced up at the man, and yup, he was familiar. I said, "Oscar?" and had the man totally confused until I reminded him of meeting at the lake.
What are the odds?

awww - nice story. Glad to hear you were nice to Oscar and gave him a chest scratching
