Hey all,
I've got a lens 24-70mm f2.8L USM, and it is really so great lens.
I read many reviews about it and i know it is superb, but i saw another reviews prefer 28-70mm over this one, so what do you think people, any opinions or reviews?

The older Canon 28-70mm f/2.8L hasn't been available for several years. The 24-70 replaced it.

Anyway, here is a review showing that the 24-70 is noticably better than the older 28-70:

I dunno... I think I'd rather have the extra 4mm on the wide end. Some day I want to get a superwide. In the mean time, this 24-70 works well on a full frame.

On the 1.6x crop, that 28mm is not going to be very wide at all. So I think you'll probably want to stick with the 24-70 until you can get a wider lens to go with it. (on my wishlist for my 20D is the 10-22mm - for the 5D I'm looking at a Canon fixed 14mm lens)

Thank you all.
I think that 24-70 is better too. I am happy with it
just from this website, they rate 28-70 more than 24-70, i got confused of it.
