I just thought I would see if there was any interest in a get together here in Malta this fall (2006)?
Although this is kind of a small rock, there are a number of interesting things to see and do around here, and 5-8000 years of history.
I am aiming for October sometime,as the weather moderates a bit, but usually is very pleasant, with only rare rainfall.

No huge definite plans at this point, The capitol City Valletta is worth a walk around, and there are a few forts that date back to at least the Victorian era. Depending how many actually come, a boat ride around the island is a possibility as well. Like I said, there is a lot of history here, and anybody into shooting churches and old architecture will be very satisfied...many of the buildings here are well over 400 years old, quite a few still in use.
