We're encouraged to detail our editing process in the notes portion of each submission, but when we're called on to validate the photo during the voting phase we can't access that screen. I don't think we need the ability to edit the notes during voting, but just to see them would be mighty helpful when SC is specifically asking for post-processing details. It's somewhat frustrating to go by memory when you know exactly where you wrote it down but can't access anything. Such notes access should be limited only to the submitting photographer (and perhaps to SC) until voting is complete.

| The notes are visible to the SC. If you wrote all your steps and you're asked for validation, you can just write "see photog's notes" or something. |

Yep, we can see the details you originally entered when we are doing the validation review. You're also given the opportunity to provide detailed processing steps in the response to the validation request, and the more detailed you can be, usually the easier the validation process gets. We don't have to guess how something turned out the way it did. :-)

I'm using PS 5.5 so that doesn't exactly work.
I suppose I could just use Notepad, but it would just be much simpler if I could get the engineers to recode the site to my specifications ;-)
