OK, It seems as though everyone whos portfolio I have viewed has tons of photos in them. I have reached my max, and not even come close to what I seeing out there. How do I max out the photos in my portfolio???

Make sure you resize all of your portfolio shots to the same size as your challenge entries and you should be able to hold 100 - 150 in the portfolio. :)

Cindi is correct... plus I generally prepare them with save for web and self-impose a 150kb limit.

The vast majority of my profile shots are saved at 600 pixel width at 70% Save for Web. Then if I want a printable I'll upload that separately. So far as I can tell the option that lets you upload to DPC and create the profile image all the the same time is fairly useless since the 640px doesn't reduce file size and the smaller one winds up so small that it's pretty much useless.

And did you notice how nobody is ignoring you? I'm referring to a different thread here. Besides getting replies, posting new threads or replying in them will get people to view your portfolio. |

I'll add to the file size advice; for photos that don't have large areas of fine detail, yoiu may find that you can compress to 100k or even a little less without easily-visible artifacts.
For challenge entries, you always want to keep the size up close to 150k to maximize quality; challenge entries don't count against portfolio space.
