Just a message of support. Please take care of yourself Brad as you are definately one of my "heros" on DPC and love your comments.
You photos bring so much joy to so many people, and I am blessed to know you.

Hi all!
(limited wave while still hooked up to an IV)
Thanks for all the kind words - it really does mean a lot.
After being released from the hospital on Tuesday, all was well through the night, until Wednesday morning.
I coughed and it all started happening again. Nitro tablets under the toungue and a ride to my local hosptital to confirm what I already knew - heart attack number 3.
Doctors stabililized me, got me in an ambulance and shipped back up to the Hospital for Cath Lab red carpet treatment and another angioplasty. What had happened was another clot, in the same place, making it the third clot on the same atery, in the excact same place. What the Doctors had not planned on, was a liver that worked too good. They thinned my blood, and my liver said nuh-uh and put it back.
Now I sit, as the Drs. are trying to find the right combination of blood thinners to to prevent clotting again, and will be staying put until the Doctors can get it stable without affecting the blood pressure too much.
Luckily my son brought me his laptop (1st time I ever used a Mac too) to play with, and figured out how to hook it up and get online using my DSL alternate dial-up number.
Hopefully (fingers crossed) I can go home today (Sun) or Monday at the latest. At least I have a lot of flash card and my battery charger. Candids in the ward are always fun. LOL
I'll be back soon.
Thanks for all the kind words & support

Nah - the ultrasounds and EKG's show little if any damage.
One cool thing though - I've learned to flush my IV's, setup the metered IV pump, swap IV bags.
I've taken up being a human pin cushion for now, or at least my left arm & hand has.
:D |

Aww Brad - a third!! Man you gotta stop scaring everyone like this.
Seriously, have been thinking about you and hoping you were alright. I hope the docs can get your blood to stay thinned this time and have you back on your feet again soon.
