Good concept. The abstract nature of the scene draws greater attention to textures. Inclusion of the penny adds scale. Better texture will be brought out by sharper focus and greater depth of field(if possible) to the image. Dodge and burn highlighting would also add to image texture.

I would have loved to add more DOF, but without lenses all I can use is the preset macro filter, which doesn't let me adjust f-stops. I'm saving all my great DOF shots for my next camera ;-)
Not sure how to make this sharper without butchering the photo in PS, since this seems to be about as good as my Nikon gets, and Nikons seem to be noted for their relatively softer focus from what I've read. Also not sure how to do dodge/burn without looking like I scribbled on it..? Suggestions here?
EDIT: I did a quick play with unsharp mask and dodged out the fence reflection - new comments?
