I was playing with my 100mm macro and 2 bowens 500W strobes.
I'd love to have some comments on this :)

This is a very nice image. Very clean, decent technicals and excellent sharpness. I'm a big fan of solid white or black backgrounds for floral images. White is the right choice for this one.
The smallest version of the image has a perfect white background but the flower and leaves look darker than the larger versions. The brightness is better in those. In any case you might add some highlighting to the leaves to make them stand out.
You might consider trying two different crops on the image...
One, would be a much closer crop cutting off most of the left and right "white" space on either side the the flower and a little "white" space off the top and bottom leaving a small but equal amount of space on all sides. Though the entire compositin is still centered the rose itself is nicely offset from the center.
Another would be to offset the crop to make use of the rule of thirds or some other compositional cropping method for additional viewer interest.
