Just installed CS2 and I'm trying to get bridge squared away. When viewing a folder with subfolders in the thumbnails view the folders are sprinkled throughout based on their title and where it falls alphabetically. How does one get them to fall all at the end like in the file browser of previous versions of PS? |

In Bridge, try going to View in the menu Bar at the top. Scroll down to Sort, then to By Document Kind.
This I think should put all your folders at the end.

In Bridge, you can also manually shift things around. |

That will move the folders but the sort will of course be changed based on the extension which isn't what I'm looking for. In previous versions you could sort alphabetized but only the folders were segregated. This kept the raw files with their psd and jpg versions.

Yes, I briefly considered this but there are hundreds of folders and it's been my experience that Adobe products often lose their manual sorting.
There must be a simple solution to this. Any other ideas? |

Have tried playing around with the settings some, but have not found how to do it the way you want it, but you are right. There must be an easy way. At least you would asume so.
Under Sort there is a By Label. I have not had a chance to try that. I would guess you have tried all the items under sort and using Versions View and Alternates View.
