I completely agree eschelar and on this challenge topic (as with all) I'm voting on teh photography and taking the photographer's word for it with regard to the titles no matter how alien they are to me.

Not to mention that some photographer are ESL, so I'm giving photographers the benefit of the doubt. The only time I penalize is when I don't see a connection between the title and the picture.

That's exactly the approach I took. The titles are just there to lead me to the photograph.

That's exactly the approach I took. The titles are just there to lead me to the photograph.

I did this as well, but if there was no clear correlation between the title/phrase and the photo, then I did vote it down a bit. Like (and this example is not in the challenge), the phrase is "a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle" but the photo is just a basic fish shot, no bicycle, nothing else to connect the photo to the adage. I did feel those were a stretch.
