does anyone who works digital works with non alambric cords??
does de infra red transmmiter work with a strobe light? (bowens)

I have Interfit/stellar strobes with wire flash works well. Don't know if that helps.

dude, not even google helped me on alambric... ??

I'm wondering why an IR transmitter would not work though... are you having a problem with it synching or firing at all?

im going to get my first strobe in a mounth, and im just asking if they can work with an non alambric sinc or something, and im considering to buy a hand flash for canon the speedlight somewhat and it have a infrad trasnmmiter that is opcional, with that i can trigger the flash from any distance with and ifnread red thing but my question is.. ¿ can this infred red trasmmiter trigger my strobe??

we have bowens at work, yes they do work with the infrared, and with cable. :)

thanks! but anyone nows if they work with the canon red trasmmiter think for the flash speedlight?

Hi-ho,

The bowens strobe will not fire from the infra-red signal sent by a canon flash..

The canon flashes will only trigger other canon flashes using those signals..

You can however use the canon flash in manual mode (Assuming it's a 430 or 580ex) and that will trigger the bowens flash.

If you use the canon flash in an of the ettl or 'auto' modes the pre-flash will trigger the bowens strobe before the shutter opens..
