Can anybody explain what the description of this challenge means? I am trying to think hard on ways to do this, but can't figure it out. Am I supposed to take, say something like a stream, and repeat that with like a road of the same curvature? Examples would be helpful.

did you see this current thread? Maybe it will help. Sounds like from the description that a repeated image is desired so it has a ryhthm of it's own. See the previous challenge linked there.

I wanted to find out if this style of photo is an example of rhythms (trying to figure out what rhythm means) It is not my image but one I sell at my shop. Does it seem to be considered rhythm? Any agreements or disagreements?

I think you have the right idea, any repeating pattern at regularly spaced intervals, like fence posts, is rhythmic.
