i think getting the right lighting is very difficult. just a try,
Which would be better setting.. I have 2 table lamps (fluorescent and incandescent )
all the way i am getting harsh shadows !! Any help

Try using a reflector. If you don't have one...some cardboard covered with foil does the trick...or those collapsable car windscreen protectors.

I agree with Mandy. I always use natural light.

I usually supplement my constant lights with a little bit of a flash... It helps if you have control over the power of the flash though... You just need a little to help balance it out.
