hi all, i'm new to dpchallenge.
would like some comments on this photo i took. i know it's over done, but just felt compelled to try doing it.
this one is a cropped version..friend was commenting that the above is abit too centric

| I REALLY like the second one a lot! The first one is very good too...nothing that I would really find wrong with it. But the crop really takes it away from the "standard" shot. Really nice shots!! |

Love the colors!
I like the crop of the 2nd one best. What's the orange-thing inside the glass? |

I like the cropped one better as well. So how much of a mess did you have to clean up afterwards? :-)

| I would actually prefer the first if you could tone down the blown out highlights in the background; just too distracting. Other than, they look really good. I really like the foreground in the first too. |

hi all, thanks for your kind replies and suggestions! :) ah..that orange thing was a cherry tomato...i thought it was the most suitable item i had in the house..unfortunately i later found out it wasn't very effective in giving me a splash effect...decided to leave it inside and just pour water into the glass instead.
had quite abit of cleaning up to do after that..thankfully my mom didn't see the water cascading off the table..would have been hell to pay..haha..
