Nope. They're Old Order Mennonites, often confused with Amish. These folks, however, have a centralized church building. The Amish do not. They meet in homes. The Amish also only wear solid colors, and one of the girls in this picture has flowers on her dress. Finally, by some strange twist of history, there are no Amish in Virginia. Trust me, I graduated from Eastern MENNONITE University. I could bore you to death with all things Mennonite.
