Cool Karin! Now it's a good group ;) With Ken (Art ROFLMAO), Doc, Frank (Caba), and I. Woohoo that should be fun ;)

BTW, would you guys like to grab an early dinner maybe around 6pm and then head out to the Queen Anne District?

I need to improve on this shot I did last September ;)

I can't wait! It should be a long but fun day ahead ;)

In case you can't recognize us, Karin and I will be the ones without ribbons. :(

edit: Correction - we'll be wearing these:

And I'm sure looking forward to seeing you again, too.

Well you guys are more familiar with the City than Doc and I. Let us know ;)

It's easy to spot Ken. He kinda looks like me.

I'd love to join in but I have other engagements, and besides I visited the tulip farms last week. They were just coming out in bloom then.

There was one field that was very pretty with the pink tulips, I can't remember which road it was on, but it was a small one. Sorry! :-)

Have you looked at the URL that shows which fields are in bloom?

The fields should be viewable until the end of the mnonth.

If the weather is good, I will be out of town on the Ducati. If it's crappy, I'll try to join you guys at Kerry Park or for dinner. Lots of practice shooting in the rain.

Sorry. I turned my pager off cuz the vibration was turning me on.

Don't ask me about where to go for dinner. I rarely am out of my cage. I am open to anything at all.

I will either be wearing my ducky ribbon or holding a torch or have a woody sticking out of my pants or milk spewing from my mouth or all of the above. Most likely I'll be wearing a bandana.

I'm exited! (I'm also excited, but really I have to get back to work now)

Actually my hands are no longer glued to my head - that stuff wore off after three days. Which glue did you use, Rikki?

Ok. Sent you my cell number. Just give me a call and let me know where we can meet up for dinner ;)

Sushi anyone? There is a great place on Aueen Anne hill called Sushi-land. They have this conveyor belt that goes around with dishes of sushi, you grab a plate and added them up when your are done, most plates are $1-$3 so you you can get by pretty cheap. Here's a link
It does get crowded, so even 5:30 might be a good idea, people can join later. There is a baseball game at 6:05 and be aware of taffic for that.

With the way they've been playing that shouldn't be an issue...

Sushi train sounds fantastic, but I have no clue where that is.

Actually - I changed my mind.
I LOVE sushi, and sushi trains, but you're perched all in a row, which is not exactly conducive to having nice conversations.

They do have booths, just the 2 closest to the train have to grab the plates. I'm open for other ideas.

I had lunch today at Pike Pub and Brewery down in the Market; I think it̢۪s great for a GTG. I did make reservations for 8 at 6:00pm, Saturday. They have a good menu with burgers or fish and prices are reasonable, but it̢۪s not to loud and kind of cool inside. Here̢۪s a link

Dinner at 6
We can add or subtract from the reservation, reserved for "Frank DPC"

Ha! That's funny. Just got back from the Market today looking for Frank's street performer at the original Starbuck's but to no avail. I ended up shooting some photos and having a cold beer at the pub :)

Ironic isn't it? See you guys tomorrow then ;)

This sounds great! And RIkki - don't bother looking for Frank's street performer - it is actually his brother who he paid to help him setup the shot, so it's not really candid at all, but don't tell Frank I told you that. ;-)
