I came across this in the Dpreview forums...
"yup, in australia they have rebate offers for the 350D..
and i heard that the replacement for 350D is going to be out Q2 2006 called the 370D"
Can anybody comment on this? |

I know there is a rebate on it but I don't see why they would replace it so soon.

Probably to catch it up to the 30D; i.e. larger LCD and better focusing and so forth. The 350 and the 20D were very similar, after all, other than the size difference. Although I don't know if they could even FIT a bigger LCD on the 350-size body...

$100? I am getting the 20D new for $1089 shipped.
Looks like $300 difference to me.

Actually what they need to release is the 3000D
A 6 megapixel updated version of the Rebel for a $350 price tag. *lol* |
