For those affected serial number of F717 due to hologram AF issue, does anyone know in details how the repair was done in the Sony service center? It was mentioned that the fix was to reset some parameter, so does it mean they have to dismantal the whole camera? Any risk of creating some other issues during the work?
Also, how to validate if the problem has been fixed? Your input is much appreciated. Thanks! |

I couldn't tell I had a problem when I sent my F717 in... and I couldn't tell any thing had changed when I got it back.

Where can I find out if my camera has that issue?
Or how did you find out about serial numbers affected. |
