Of my one and only model of course. I've talked to seniors at church into letting me work with them. Going to start something up here and work specifically on outdoor portraits and see how it goes.
So here's my princess on a not so great day for pictures. I took her down to the Yorktown waterfront in her Easter getup. She'd only cooperate if someone was watching and not many people around at 8am lol.
thoughts and critiques are appreciated!
I know the background in the second one is distracting, but she wouldn't move for me. Actually told me "i'm sitting right here and I'm not moving I don't care what's behind me" She's got it down now lol. SHe knows exactly what I'm trying to do and what I'm looking for. Lil poop.
These were also without a tripod, dog ate the feet off of my tripod so I'm waiting for hubby to buy me a new one and I also just now noticed the 1st on isn't straight lol. I think I can crop it so that's not so noticeable though.

nice pictures, you have a very lovely model :)
as for the tilt in the first picture, I think it's easier to straighten the image, if you have photoshop then use the transform tool, if you are using a mac then iphoto has a straighten tool, if you are using a PC and dont have photoshop then picasa is free and it has a straighten tool :)

Very sweet! I think a crop off the right of the 2nd one would be appealing :)

I have PSP8, I believe it has a straightening tool but I have no idea how to use it lol. It was a very humid, hazy morning so the lighting was not at all that great- lucky my camera didn't fog up.
I love taking shots of the lil one, but I can't wait for someone else to work with just to expand myself somewhere else. |

These are great. They really do a great job of capturing her and looking very natural. |
