As i am in Greece at the moment ,easter here is a real feast and i love it ,whole roast lamb on the spit ,nice and simple lol

Chili & Cornbread
2 cans Stagg chili (or your favorite brand)
1 can of Marie Callendar's cornbread mix (or any brand)
Cheese, onions, jalapenos - whatever you like on your chili
Mix cornbread according to package directions.
Pour chili into 8 x 11 casserole. Top with cheese, onions, etc.
Evenly pour cornbread over chili.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes until cornbread is done.
Sometimes I add a small can of creamed corn to the cornbread mix for added consistency. |

yummmmm... I gotta stop drooling. =]
On the taco salad front, ranch dressing is AMAZING.
I usually chop up lettuce and tomatoes, brown ground beef/pork/turkey (depending on how healthy I feel that week) and add taco salad seasoning, put all that on top of some tortilla chips, with ranch on top.... YUM!
I eat this way too often .=] |
