I am amazed people would store their calendar: everything they do, everyone they meet, every place they go ... on Google. And trust Google to share it only with those they want to see it. And trust that Google wouldn't be tempted to mine the data. And believe Google is immune from accidental disclosure. I really am amazed.

There is no way I'd feel comfortable with that.

Agreed. I don't use Google for anything.

I use Google Earth, but that's about it.

I am amazed people are so afraid. You are afraid someone is gonna see that you ordered some kind of camera equipment.

Are you guys hiding something important?

I don't use calendar but I do use g-mail.

I remember the big fuss about them scanning so they can shoot ads your way. Name one company that doesn't scan your e-mail or share your information.

I have nothing to hide so I don't give a damn. Anybody that spends time reading my e-mail will be bored in a matter of minutes anyway.

Get over it already people.

I looked at this calendar in a rather cursory fashion, but do have one question for the more informed technical gurus.

Once you have downloaded this, is there an easy way to find it again?

I truly had expected a quick link that I could have put on my desktop, or show up on my Google Homepage, or some other easy to find location, but so far have found nothing.

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about the Google calendar? It's at calendar.google.com but I'm not sure what you're talking about having downloaded.
